Be The Change Day 4

Today was a great day!  Got my workout done and got good meals in!! Feeling really good and think that I have lost a few pounds.  I am weighing myself once a week, so will update on Monday! 

Also, I am trying to learn from the "mistakes of the past", moving forward and really paying attention to my body and what it is telling me!  Need to eat more or less, need to pump up the cardio, lift heavier, etc...........

Really looking forward to some awesome changes to come in the future!!
