Be the Change Day 3

I didn't so well with my planning for today, so my meals were a little bit off schedule! We went over to my dad's house (he is 84) to help him open the pool.  It was a good workout actually!  We had a fun time.  My hubby, daughter and niece were really buzzing along.  Dad is having a harder time with his legs and back and can't do what he used to be able to do, but still tries to do it all! 

I started my day with a snack, took my dauther to crew and then headed off to the gym, came back ate breakfast, showered and then headed to my dads.  I was in desperate need of shopping and forgot to take my pp so my lunch got delayed a little bit, but it was still a really healthy approved meal.  The rest of the day was great!

Attitude & Gratitude ~ check

I love the energy and healhty feeling I get when I nourish the body with the GOOD stuff!!
