Energizing and Motivating!!

It is amazing how energizing and motivating Monday mornings can be!!  After such a busy weekend, you would think that we would want to sleep in, well not me!!  I was really energized and ready to get to the gym and eat clean!  I had a great workout, it was time to change things up and WOW, I am sore today! I did well with me eating and my UBW was fantastic!! 

Today was HIIT and wow did I hit it!!  I was sweating pretty darn good!  I increased my levels and was really tired after my last full out minute!  Feels good to release all of that energy!  I also jump roped for 1 minute 30 seconds.  I was just too tired from the NordicTrack and will try to see how long I can do it tomorrow!

Looking forward to another day of clean eating!  Life is getting crazy here now, with two of the boys in football!  We practice for 4 nights a week in the summer and then when school starts we do 3 nights.  It makes cooking dinner a challenge.  We must eat by 4:30 at the latest.  They need to be there for this week at 6 o'clock, but when school starts it has to be at 5 o'clock.  They love it and it is great exercise.  Especially this week, this is conditioning week and they are worked to the bone!!

Well I am off to eat my breakfast, shower and head off the grocery store!  Hope you all have a great, strong, KIS day!!
