Good Afternoon (MY TIME 12:48) Fitness Friends!!

WOW Clarissa is awesome with all of her ideas!!  I loved my workout this morning!!  I did 10 mins on 6 different machines.  These would be ~ Arc trainer, recumbant bike, Cross trainer, Rowing machine, Stairmill and treadmill!!  My girlfriend worked out with me and we had a great time!  It definitely kicked my butt!!  My legs are sore from yesterday's LBWO and today they are even more so from all of the different machines!!

Another friend also told us that if you really want to burn fat to do a cardio workout of ~ WU ~ 5 mins, then do 30 seconds fast or at a higher resistance, then drop it down for a minute and continue doing this 30 sec, 1 min routine until you have completed a 30 min workout!!  I am looking forward to changing things up constantly!! 

Hope you all had great workouts and am looking forward to catching up on all of your blogs ~ slowly but surely I will get there. 

I also need to start jumproping again!!  My sweet friend Kathleen got me thinking about it and I really do like doing it!!  She and I always seem to end up on the same page, no matter what the subject is!!  Love it!!  She is one of the most wonderful people in the world.  She is honest, sweet, intelligent, caring, motivational, encouraging, uplifting, beautiful inside and out!!  I just love our friendship and value her lots!!

Hello Ann ~ I posted a reply to you, but for some reason it didn't post. It seems that every so often this site has its own little issues with certain things not working!! Yes it was really nice to workout with someone else. We are hitting the gym together on Thursday also! I did and wishing you a great, strong, KIS day!! Love and hugs ... xoxoxox ... Hello Susan ~ Yup and they are still sore today!! Thanks I really hope so!! I haven't tried the 30 sec intervals yet but am definitely going to!! That is awesome!! Well then lets get jumping!! Hey You! Your legs sound like mine did this morning and today.......and you are definitely going to make MAJOR progress with what you are doing! All I can say is - WOW! I remember trying the 30 sec. intervals and it really works ya. Would you believe I pulled the jump rope out yesterday to warm up? I want to try and use it inbetween my reps to keep the heart rate up. I I have a friend who said he lost major inches off his body using his jump rope. He says it's a must. Keep up the awesome work kid! I'm proud of you and how you help all of us here.....
