Sherry, I just joined two days ago. I want to THANK YOU! Tonight when I logged in...I was feeling really down. Last night I took my pics...and it was so painful for me to face the reality of where I am. I'm not ready to post mine yet. But you have INSPIRED me...and your courage and positive attitude made me feel like I am in the right place...at the right time...to make this happen. Thanks for inspiring me and making me feel like this IS something I CAN DO! Elizabeth

Elizabeth, you are welcome- we can do it! I am on day 15. It took me two weeks to post my before photos, because I was just so ashamed of my body. But you know what, I just looked at my 15 day photos, and they do look better; I just couldn't tell until I actually looked at them. Keep journaling- it really matters. Keep a protein bar in your purse and a 16 oz. water with you when you might get stuck without a meal- this has come in handy for me som many times. Best wishes, write anytime, Sherry

Mona, I also have been dieting for a long time- 13 years, since I had my second child. This week I am trying to add more exercise into my life and to actually do the aerobics first thing in the morning before eating. Today, I did! It threw my eating schedule off a bit, but I got it back on by the fourth meal. One cool thing I noticed when I actually timed each peak during the aerobics is that my street block is a perfect 5 minute loop. If I walk fast for 1/4 of the block, walk hard for 1/4 of block, jog for 1/4 of the block, then I can sprint the last 1/4. I did this 4 times, and ran hard coming in. I was really proud of myself. Tomorrow, I am on upper body weight lifting. Best wishes, Sherry

I Am

A mother, wife, teacher, and a child of God- I care about nurturing children, fostering intelligence, caring for the Earth, being compassionate, loving animals, sharing joy with others, and living creativily.friend

My Favorite Charity

St. Judes Hospital, and Any Soldier

To me, Transformation Means

To renew; to evolve into something more; to start as a catapillar and end up as a butterfly. To move from surviving to thriving. a href="http://s242.photobucket.com/albums/ff50/jessy212_/?action=view¤t=colorfull.jpg" target="_blank">colorfull

My Goals

To lose body fat and gain muscle. To be able to jog or run without feeling winded after 5-minutes. To feel strong and healthy. To enjoy sports just for the fun of it, not because I am supposed to exercise. To no longer have sleeping problems. To develop true confidence that I care for myself the best that I can. To feel good when I look in the mirror and I am wearing a bathing suit.laughter

My Intentions

To be the best that I can be and look my best. To lose 35 pounds of fat and replace it with muscle. To eat healthfully and be thankful for every day. To become strong and share that strength with others.a href="http://s315.photobucket.com/albums/ll456/taterbugg-word/?action=view¤t=glitter.jpg" target="_blank">glitter

Who I'd Like to Inspire

My children and students. I want to teach them how to be a strong healthy person so that I am their role model. od8
