I am Laura H. First and foremost, I am a follower of Jesus Christ. I am 45, happily married to Joe, and Momma Cosma to my boys Jordan and Jared, and step-daughter Veronica. I am a musician, and a continuous work in progress NOT perfection.

My Goals

SPIRIT: To live for HIM (Jesus Christ), and reflect His glory by turning from my self and a life of excess and helping others by ministering to their individual needs. MIND: To dwell on Phillipians 4:8 - "Whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent or praiseworthy." BODY: Reach my goal weight which is just below 130# for a 5'3" woman. I will achieve this through eating clean, Walking daily, weight training, and other optional exercise.

My Intentions

Love, help and encourage others. To shine a light of hope where there is darkness. To make a difference in this world by sharing my life experiences with others, so they can be encouraged and see that change is possible and the Lord is good.
