I signed all my department heads up for a 7 mile walkathon!!

Love GOD,Love people. Kind of a tigger personality rolled up in a deep fried doughnut body. I have made up my mind that with Gods amazing grace and my husband as my partner I will do this! (afraid). I have three lovely girls I would like to leave a happy healthy impression on as they enter their own adult lives.I know leading by example is something I want to do for them. This year my goal is to go from doughnut to dignified!!!!God BLess.

To me, Transformation Means
Transformation is not only a reshaping and pairing down of figure, but a renewal and reshaping of mind and soul, allowing healing to come and to shed light on areas of life that need to be given over to God . The fullness of transformation is continual through out lifes lessons.
My Goals
To be the person God intended, to enter into his grace and out of people pleasing. To wear smaller clothes and feel about how I look. I have a very public job in long-term care. Take one step and then the next step and after that take one more......etc.
My Intentions
To find joy in dancing again.to keep at it.To be confident and a sucsess in my own eyes.to feel fantastic and stop using the weight as an excuse to hide.

Hi Lisa, I hope you and Lewie are having a great Easter! I wrote to Lewie yesterday congratulating him on his 20 lb. lost. He is doing great! I know he is doing it for himself but I also know he isn't doing it totally by himself. You are the woman behind the man! Just like you help Lewie you must let others in to help you. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. It is an act of strength! Sorry that I haven't been of much help to you or Lewie lately. That's all on me.
