Your I AM statement could be mine - only I work as an office manager at a local community college with student-athletes I am 60, am finishing up my last 13 weeks of work for da man . . . and retire Halloween , , , whoopeeeee! I have set that date as the completion of this Transformation Challenge. Please drop by often, read the blogs, and forums. Thanks for the welcome!! Please feel free to add me as friend. Congratulations on your retirement. My biggest problem is taking the time for myself. I'm always doing for everyone else and willing drop the things I need to do for myself. I'm going to try to be a little more selfish this go around to see if I can stick it out.

Good morning! You are in the right place if you are sick and tired of being sick and tired! I too am passionate about my job working with children, this transformation has given me so much more energy which in turn allows me to be at the top of my game. That's what I'm hoping for, more energy and more self control. I've got to get organized so that I can get the workouts in, plan the diet and hopefully see a jump in energy. If I can, I would like to be added as a friend for moral support.

I Am

I am a 52 year old woman who is sick and tired of being tired and frazzled. I go to sleep tired and wake up tired, ankles hurting, knees screaming in pain and sitting at a desk 9 hours a day. I am a child support specialist and I really care about the children. I'm also in the process of getting my bachelor's degree which I hope will be completed December of this year.

To me, Transformation Means

Taking control of my emotions and behavior. Seeing success instead of making myself promises I never keep.

My Goals

To exercise four days a week by lifting weights and walking. To lose 20 pounds. Today's weight 153.8 Today's goal 20 minutes on treadmill upper body workout.

My Intentions

Eat healthy meals, take time for myself and exercise.

My children and my grandchildren.
