I was born in Montana. I was in Military Intelligence from age 18-22, living in Germany.

To me, Transformation Means
I have had a very low bodyfat percentage all my life, and I have always been thin. For me, transformation should be a mental think as well as physical.
My Goals
To achieve the Steve Reeves muscle to bone ratio measurements, according to my bones.
My upper arm is now 11 inches relaxed and it should be 15 or 16. Only my neck and waist are close to what they should be. This is my life-long goal, once i reach it, the goial will be to maitain it.
