I am 31 year old Health and Fitness specialist with a Degree in Health and Exercise Sciences, ACE certified Personal Trainer and currently Pre-Med/Pre-Chiropractic. I have worked with hundreds of clients wether it be weight loss, rehab or bodybuilding/sports conditioning as well as nutritional planning and recommendations.
Its a great feeling to help people succeed in their health and fitness goals and I really love giving them as much health information as possible. I really think Bill Phillips Body for Life has helped the American Soceity over come obeisty and become healthier. I really hope to take after his fundametenals making a healthier you.
