Thanks for your note! I was struck by the serendipity as I have a niece with MS who had a flare-up over the holiday and have vowed to use and revel in all that my body can do, including taking up cross country skiing again. We never know what life has in store. I started the challenge in July, but never really was conistent. Now is the time and I hope to participate in the forums more. There is good support and advice. Holly

I Am

TRANSFORMATIONIST, (n): One who, through transcending internal and external obstacles to attain a personal Transformation, reaches out to others to help them achieve their own personal Transformations." - Me

My Favorite Charity

MS Society, because my son was recently stricken with Multiple Sclerosis.

To me, Transformation Means

Transformation means wearing my success 24/7 and inspiring others with the knowledge that it's never too late or too hard. Transformation means becoming a living example of Wellness in action, sharing the message of hope and happiness with others.

My Goals

1. Take my bodyfat from 30% to below 20% (15-17%); I'm aware this will take more than 18 weeks - it's a change FOR GOOD, not just for 18 weeks. 2. Using my success, I will become a Transformationist, helping others achieve physical, relational and spiritual wellness.

My Intentions

I am Transforming from the inside out. I will complete the Assignments, get involved, offer and ask for help, and achieve an Outer Me that reflects the Inward Me: strong, healthy and vibrant.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

My children, but especially my son, Phil, who was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis this summer. He was a gifted high school runner. who lost his fitness to stress and sedentary living. I run for him now, because he can't. YET. But he will! I'll be ahead of him on the Path, encouraging him along, 'cuz I'm still Mom!
