I Am
A Mom on a Mission! Eighteen days after my 40th birthday I gave birth to my one and only child - a beautiful baby boy. Now, almost three years later, I'm heavier than I've ever been and imposing my inactive lifestyle on my son. That needs to change - NOW - and I fully intend to do so (with lots of help! :D )

My Goals
My weight goal is to become lighter by shedding 100+ pounds of nasty, unhealthy fat and weigh 135; more than anything, I want to love and care for myself so that I can love and care for others.
My Intentions
I intend to follow Bill's steps to transformation because I want to Be the Change! I intend to get reacquainted with myself and my higher power.
Who I'd Like to Inspire
First and foremost, my sister and my step-Dad. If I can inspire them to make positive changes in their lives, it will be such a blessing! I would be proud to be considered an inspiration to anyone, though.
