Week 8 was a rough one for me. I'm not sure why, but I was tired to the point of exhaustion on Monday and ended up spending most of the day in bed. End of Week 6

One third of my first 18 week challenge is done. It's hard to believe that I'm already this far into it, yet at the same time it seems as if I've been following this path forever. Another one bites the dust! This was a good week. I didn't go entirely overboard on my free day yesterday, but I did learn a valuable lesson - getting in all my water is important EVERY day! What a difference a day makes...

I get the concept of having a "free" day each week, but you have to wonder if it's really worth taking it. I felt so BLAH yesterday! The Big Day

This is it! Tomorrow is day one of my transformation and I can't wait to start. Hubby and I went through the EFL recipes, chose our meals for the week and got our shopping done.
