"Transformation to me means...turning inside out, so that your inner beauty is reflected in the actions you create to spread health and wellness in the world." I really like that. "Inside Out" is a Phil Collins song, and part of it goes, "It's up to me and no one else." You've really inspired me today. Thank you. :)Micky(:

I Am

I am a former obese couch potato who began a journey of physique transformation almost ten years ago, starting with Bill Phillip's Body-for-LIFE. I've lost over 65 pounds, become certified as a fitness trainer and specialist in performance nutrition, and am committed to helping others transform their lives to be healthy, fit, and abundant.

My Favorite Charity

Make-a-Wish

To me, Transformation Means

turning inside out, so that your inner beauty is reflected in the actions you create to spread health and wellness in the world.

My Goals

To continue to achieve new heights. I've met my weight loss and bodybuilding goals, so now I'm pursuing distance: marathon and ultramarathon running to discover more of who I really am.

My Intentions

Pure and simple, to help transform the world by empowering others to achieve the lifestyle they deserve. Everyone has the potential to live a healthy, fulfilling, and abundant life and it is my mission to help others tap into that hidden potential and turn their dreams into tangible goals with deadlines.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

Anyone who thinks, even for a moment, "I can't" .... I would like to change that and help them realize anything truly is possible.
