To me, Transformation Means

A never-ending process of purposeful continual prayer and action to change my nature and heart from one of selfishness, to one of love and service. A conscious, constant and steady, gradual, life-long pursuit of progress, improvement, development, individuality and potential; asking the best from myself -- and the constant rejection of avoidable mediocrity. To be better tomorrow than I was today, in such a way that enables me to give more to others, thru the help of the almighty!

My Goals

Jan 2010 Transformation Challenge
My Goals: Jan 4 - May 9, 2010:

1) I will finish Bill's Transformation challenge assignments by working each one with complete honesty and effort by May 9, 2010.

2) I will enjoy the habit of meaningful prayer and scripture study daily by May 9, 2010.

3) I will, by habit, connect with my mission, values, roles and goals and realistically plan for the following day everynight. I will, by habit, review my plans in the morning before starting my day by May 9, 2010.

4) I will, by habit, spend at least 30 min in *quality* time with my children and connect with my husband everyday by May 9, 2010.

5) I will enjoy the habits of eating 6 "Right" meals a day with adequate water, exercising Mon-Wed-Fri no less than 30 min and Tue-Thu lifting weights to maintain my health by May 9, 2010.

My Intentions

To love God with all my heart, might, mind and strength and to love my neighbor as myself. To love and serve others in whatever form that takes by giving up selfish desires and attitudes and fulfilling my purpose in life.

To Remember: "...he that is greatest among you shall be your servant."

To Avoid:
1) the temptations of the appetite
2) the temptation to yield to the pride and fashion and vanity of the world
3) the temptation to gratify the passion, or a desire for the riches of the world, or power among men

To gain strength, not weakness.
