My father was in the Air Force for 30 years...so we moved around quite a bit while growing up. I have such great respect for military personel and their families! Now is the time to put all the things I've been learning the last 2 years to good use. I admit that there are many other things I'll need to learn along the way, but I know enough now to make some substantial changes to my health, and my life!My name is Lucinda. I'm 38 years old and live in Idaho. My husband recently retired from the Air Force. Prior to Idaho we lived in Italy, Alaska and New Mexico. We have a 12 year old daughter, 3 cats a Rottweiler and 2 Bichon Frises.I'm truly excited to get started on changing my life!
