6 week pictures
I took pictures this morning to compare to my 'before' pic... I definitely see changes in my love handles, thighs, level my belly sticks out, and neck and face area. I also have MUSCLES now when I flex! I've still only lost about 6 lbs, but feel like the inches and way I feel about myself are more important than what the scale says. I am really proud of myself for sticking to it like this, because I haven't been able to stick to anything for a long time. I was a little bummed by being sick this week and only getting 2 workouts in, but since one of them was the 5k I had been training for that satisfaction makes up for it. I'm ok with this being gradual... slow and steady wins the race, right?
PS- I tried to paste a side by side doc but for some reason it didn't work :( See my pics for side and back pics, which I didn't take when I started, but have now!
