Hi Maggie! Welcome to Transformation. Love that you posed with Bill's book. Show them all how to do it to the letter and what the real results are.

I Am

I am the Mother of 2 really kind and loving children. I've been married for 20 years to the kindest man I've ever known. Wonder where the kids get it from? We laugh alot in our household! Generally, I'm very happy with my life. I am very blessed. I own three really great businesses. I work too much and am often too tired to put much effort into my own health and well being. Until now.....

My Favorite Charity

Make A Wish - Children's Hospital

To me, Transformation Means

Living the opposite of how I live now. I don't exercise at all. Not a stitch. I've never been an athlete. Exercise has never really been an integral part of my everyday life, though I want it to be. I fantasize about being an athlete! To me, transformation means changing all that. Transformation means being lean, strong and fit. Both physically and spiritually. Living my life like it's always been that way...always will be. Does that make sense?

My Goals

My number one goal: I will honor my self-promise: to follow through and finish each Transformation assignment to the best of my ability. I will not quit. I will engage in and participate fully the entire 18 weeks of my transformation. By May 11, I will be 40 pounds lighter. I will be lean, FIT, strong, healthy and happy. I will enjoy all the other wonderful gifts of transformation that may come my way! - Maggie Treadway

My Intentions

My intentions are to honor myself by taking care of my spiritual and physical health. My intention is to be healthier and fitter than I have EVER been in my life. To be a GREAT example for my children to follow in health and fitness.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

My children, MYSELF!
