I Am

I'm 43, divorce with one teenage daughter. I'm 5' 5" and 212 lbs. After taking care of everyone else, I'm finally taking care of myself. I started working out before finding out about BFL and lost 20 lbs., so this program is the next step in my "TRANSFORMATION".
