I Am
I am someone who is inspired by the future and what could be. I inspire others by visions of the future.
I am someone who has an enthusiasm that is contagious. I am upbeat and can get others excited about what they are going to do.
I am someone who can organize, but I also have a flexibility that compliments this ability. I like to figure out how all the pieces and resources can be arranged for maximum productivity.
I am someone who can make things happen by turning thoughts into action. This characteristic often makes me impatient.
I am a caring person who continues to grow, study and share with the people around me.

To me, Transformation means we have to abandon our old self. It means that we must leave behind our identity and begin to speculate who we could be. Transformation is modifying our behavior enough where change becomes permanent!
