Hi Mark, Thanks so much for taking the time to welcome me. I am not used to posting on line and find it a bit intimidating to be so open, but your kind words meant alot. I took your advice and completed my profile a bit more, and a picture will be posted soon. I am listening to BFL on my i-pod at the gym even though I have the book, and I feel ready to begin TRANSFORMING!

I Am

Like my father before me, I am a constant student, whose love for the people I come in contact with is never ending.

My Favorite Charity

Alzheimer’s Association and Make a Wish Foundation

To me, Transformation Means

When I say to my self after a holiday "You know, it was all fun but... I can't wait to get back to clean eating and working out again!" True transformation is reaching that point where what used to be "normal" - eating poorly and sitting on the couch - suddenly feels unnatural. When you realize that the things you used to dread the most (eating right and exercising) become the things you can't imagine living without, you’ve made a true transformation - one that absolutely no one can take away.

My Goals

I WILL change my Physical weight to 180 lbs during this next challenge. I WILL bring my Body Fat down to 18% or less. I WILL see my Abs by the end of this first challenge of 2009. I WILL be very active in supporting my accountability group and all others here.

My Intentions

I intend on making healthy changes in my life so I can make a difference in the lives of others. I intend to get to a waist size of 34 for my all my pants. I intend to continue in becoming the best husband, father and community supporter that I can be. I intend to keep learning about who I am, why I am here and where I am going.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

My wife and kids for starters, and then the people I come in contact with.
