I Am
***update post 18 week challenge*** I AM...ALIVE!!! Never again will I be a passanger in life. I am here to make a difference each day by being a participant. I am proud of my accomplishments and honored to be able to share my experience in hopes to help others who are where I was, believe in themselves. No longer does the past dictate my future, who I am and what I am capable of. No longer will I allow negative voices in my head to hold me back. For the first time in my life I Love "ME". I am happy from the deepest inside there is and want to spread it all over. I've exceeded my physical goals and gained more than I thought was needed through the inner work. I am here to share my experience and lessons learned to help others take action towards making positive change in their lives. It's my privilage to help so please let me know how I can. Physical change: May 2008 - 170 lbs June 30, 2008 - 158 lbs (start of 18 week challenge) November 2, 2008 - 129 lbs (end of 18 week challenge) December 2008 - 124 lbs ------------------------- Original post pre 18 week Challenge... To encourage you to leave the past behind you and to move in forward motion with your heart and soul. To encourage you to NOT worry about the scale so much because I promise you that if you are DOING the work as Bill suggests - exactly, not just your version of what Bill suggests, the physical changes will happen. To encourage you to Believe in yourself. If you don't then KNOW that I BELIEVE IN YOU. To remind you that We CAN NOT GIVE OUR BEST IF WE ARE NOT AT OUR BEST. We are here to make a difference. To "Be The Change". No longer will we "wish" it or "dream" it...WE WILL BE IT!!! ---------------------------------- Original post pre 18 week Challenge below.... I am currently focused on losing 20 pounds of body fat by September 22, 2008. My strategy is to follow the Transformation Challenge and be the Change! I am confident I will have the mental strength to succeed this time around “for life”, because the overall goal is to inspire and positively affect others with the results of my physical and emotional actions. My strength is putting others first, my weakness has always been putting me last. Transformation gives me a different perspective---I am doing for others by putting me first. Taking focus off of me will be what gets me to make this life change and hopefully inspire others along the way.
My Intentions
I hope to inspire others to make positive change in their daily lives by example.
Who I'd Like to Inspire
I would like to inspire Bill Phillips to keep doing what he does knowing the positive impact he has on so many lives. My success will be one more transformation---a direct result of his work--his inspiration. Each and every success story is confirmation for him that he is making a huge difference which will keep him going--just my guess. Of course I want to inspire as many people as I can---Bill is in a much better position to have greater impact. If I am able to inspire others, that would be frosting on the cake :)
