Assignment 1 - Done!
I did as I said I would do and finished assignment 1 last night before going to bed. Funny enough, it was easy. I've done it so many times before.....but....
I found that my 'current view' of myself hasn't changed, but my 'future view' has! The descriptions there are for ME - not to please others - interesting that it took that exercise to make me see that some change has indeed been happening inside.....
One foot in front of the other - I'm working on today for today, and tomorrow I'll work on that. Off to read Assignment 2 and to see if I can find a profile pic for myself.

Yay you :) Assignment One is a biggie,that is for sure! Thanks for your lovely comment on my blog,btw. Posting those pics were not easy...but once I got over the fear and just did it...I knew in my heart that I'd start the forward momentum. I wish you lots of success in your Transformation! -Karyl
