I am so excited that 3 new Champions are about to be crowned! We have all watched you grow in so many ways. Self confidence gained ~ a true belief in yourself now that you are capable of much more than believed when you started out on this amazing journey 18 short weeks ago.
Did you ever imagine your life would change so drastically? Did you ever dare to dream that out of adversity, road blocks, self hatred and disgust you could find opportunity? Success? Friendships? Pride? Self love, love for others and the true unhindered ability to let others love you?
Did you ever imagine that "giving up the fight" would be the BEST decision you could make in your life for your health and your hapiness?
Out of the ashes of our life a new flame would ignite and YOU are now the CHANGE you want to see in the world! YOU now know what it takes to go out there and make a difference in the lives of others, to live what you have now become so passionate about....to spread the word and help others find true inner peace and lasting health and spirituality!
I am energized, motivated, and inspired by the many people here who have opened their minds and their hearts to true inner change. Who have let go of the excuses and denial that have held you back for so long in your life. The gateway is open for you to step inside and let your greatness truly shine.
YOU all make me want to do and be more! I am proud of you all, whether you officially win or not you are all Champions in my mind!

Thanks so much for a wonderful post Mellie. And the kind comments on my home page. I don't answer because I didn't realize they were there! After 18 weeks you'd think I'd get the hang of how this stuff works! I just want you to know that you provided an awful lot of inspiration for me these last 18 weeks, as well as others. I have been inspired to attempt a triathlon next spring and have started training for it. Of course a road block popped up (I can't swim) so I started with lessons, found out I have a breathing disorder that is aggravated by swimming, but I keep plugging along. I'm getting treatment and I KNOW it will get better. Hopefully soon enough to compete in February, but if not, there will be another tri. (pun intended) Besides, as I've already said, God will bring me through what he brings me to. Have a good one.
Melissa! I still remember coming back to my profile page to start filling inthe areas on the page! There you were! Smiling, wide open arms, a big heart, welcoming me to the transformation family! You continue to contribute and add value to this community, and touch me personally! I am grateful to know you my friend! You are a unique beautiful flower not casting a shadow, you are radiating love, hope, abundance and health through your very being! You rock! jeff
Please let me thank you again for all you do here. You have helped me and set a wonderful example of how to lead. No matter what, I am here to stay and help. I must admit, trying to keep up with you keeps me in shape! You are everywhere!
