Everyone says to stretch and that's an area that I am lacking. I never stretch. I guess I'll go do it now. I need encouagement. I have a goal of being 7 to 10 lbs lighter by september 12. I'm pretty sure I can do it with everyones help. And of course my own effort.

Tell me- what is there that you really have to focus on physically that you need to improve? I am confused. You look great- like I am telling you something new. Secondly- your head and spirit and heart are right where it should be. That is what I see from where I'm looking.
