Working on my profile

So this morning I am making a few changes to my profile - today marks day one of my 8 week SUPER SUMMER CHALLENGE ~ and even though I may not be eligible to win (besides I was blessed enough to have my dream vacation to Hawaii with Bill and other Champions back in 2009 and I already have my cherished gold medal) I am always in this with all of you. I am and always will be a work in progress...ever growing, changing, and learning!

So what better way to start this challenge then to add a few changes to my profile! Small changes but they feel good to me. This profile picture for me represents "me" the fun me, the relaxed, enjoying life, and friends me.......thats why I put it back, so I can see that spirit, light and joy and remember daily WHO I am. Some may not even notice the changes I made, but this is about me, and my journey so I know. I feel the sense of renewal and change coming into my life.

I know each day I feel so blessed to be a part of this amazing family. You all are truly my family and I love you. You cry, I cry! You laugh, and I laugh with you. This is my greatest gift in life, to be the change I want to see and help inspire those around me to do the same.

Over the last 3 years, I have seen the most amazing examples of life renewal all around me. It inspires and motivates me day in and day out to continue on this path and follow my truth.

Lets show ourselves and each other what we are capable of in this next 8 weeks! I expect to see amazing changes - not only in YOU but in myself!

EDIT -

I guess I should state my goals for the next 8 weeks!

I will lose 15 pounds to reach my goal weight.

I will work out 6 days a week and REST one.

I will eat no less then 5 meals a day.

I will drink no less then 64 ounces of water a day.

At the END of each day or the next morning I will post my accountability with exactly what I ate/drank and did for exercise.
