I Am
I am so happy to be HERE! I am blessed beyond words to have all of YOU put into my life. You make a difference....I make a difference. Together I believe we can help BE THE CHANGE and CHANGE THE WORLD! I am someone who has spent 38 years building an amazing wall to protect myself....I am now tearing down that wall because I realize it has done me no good. I have forgiven those who have hurt me and damaged my soul. I am reclaiming my life for me and I plan to do great things from here on! Just try and stop me!!!

To me, Transformation Means
Transformation to me means taking an "inventory" of everything that you are and really analyizing what needs to be improved, what needs to be completely taken out of your life or added to your life so that you become the best YOU possible, for yourself and your family. It means taking my life lessons and applying them and using them to help others succeed and transform. Paying it forward. It means understanding and embracing that I am capable of ANYTHING I set my mind to. It means believing in myself - setting goals and achieving those goals - and then using that success to Inspire others.
My Goals
My goals are to feel 100% satisfied that I am doing everything in my power to be an exceptional role model to my girls and my son through healthy living, exercising and eating. My goal is to tear down the wall that took me 38 years to build to "protect" myself and fully learn to love, feel, share and care about myself and others. My goal is to forgive those who hurt me the most as a child and move on. I have no more excuses....I will not justify anything negative in my mind anymore.
My Intentions
My intentions are just to be the best person I can be and to help as many people as I can get my hands on to do the same. I walk around the mall or drive down the street and it actually hurts me to see how many obese people there are, and how many children are following their parents footsteps. It honestly breaks my heart and anyone I can touch to help change I will do my best to encourage, educate and root them on!
Who I'd Like to Inspire
Any one who will listen, especially parents because we have a vital role to the future of America! We must show our children that eating healthy is the right thing to do...and show them that exercise is FUN so they grow up just having it be a natural part of their lives. They are watching everything we do! We need to take our responsibility as a parent seriously because we don't want them to struggle or have low self confidence like we did....do we??? NO! It's never too late to change and get in the best health of our lives...and if I can help and inspire just a hand few of people that helps to keep me going because those that I inspire will in turn inspire others and isn't that the whole purpose of Transformation and BE THE CHANGE...RIPPLE AFFECT!
