I can do hard thing

The greatest accomplishments in life come after challenging beginnings.  We are far to prone to live a life of mediocrity, wallowing ourselves silly with self-doubt and depression.  Why then do some become great, while others die young with their

I LOVED the post you wrote on our thread last night. The analogy was inspiring and I loved how you just dug in and did it! I'll be thinking of that big puddle on my next run and picture myself covered in mud as I push through it. Thanks and way to go!

Buddy - What a captivating post last night. You literally had me hanging on your every singl word. I am so proud of you for putting down your 'purse and pantyhose'. Sincerely, your post had all the makings for a great read....in just a few short paragraphs, your description had me laughing, wondering, crying and at the end....cheering. Mike, you definitely 'Get What This Journey Is About'. I am thrilled for your personal insights. I truly believe that there is nothing you can not be, do, or have. However, I have a sneaky feeling you already know this! You are a fine example of the CHANGE that this nation and world needs. I'm very proud of you! All of my love, continued admiration and friendship. -Susan- x0x0x0x0x0x

Mike, thank you for your encouraging message. If feels Awesome to be somebody's HERO!! Lol I feel bad taking so much credit for quitting smoking because it was somewhat easy.. I drank like a fish too and quit that at the same time also (the quitting drinking has been the hardest). I could never have quit both at the same time if I weren't so consumed with my eating healthy and working out.. my Transformation. Thank God for this sight. Thank God for the people and encouragment. Thank YOU :)

Hey Mike - thank you so much for your comment on my horrid before pic. It was REALLY tough to post it. I had no idea I looked that bad. Oh wonderful denial. I'll be wearing that boot for most of this year. It is discouraging but I decided to do T.com anyway because I have lost weight so many times in my life only to find it again. The issue is with my mind and I really feel that I will be able to address those issues here. Anyhoo, thanks again for the support. Toni
