I hold this intention...

blog_77870.jpg
Matt (Matte) started a beautiful thread in the "Heart and Soul" forum section called "I ask for it."  It opened up a window in my soul and shone a light on something so clearly that I was able to once again identify a HUGE (maybe the biggest, baddest and MOST) limiting belief of all time.   We exchanged a couple of emails and he asked me two very key questions after I wrote on that thread.  So not only did Matt help me drop the belief, he helped me figure out how to use this new insight to change my life, and move it forward.  With all my heart, thank you Matt.

I'm so happy to hear from you.    I have been thinking about your thread, and my Intention prayer, since I wrote it.

How will I keep this intention alive?  What is the next step?  Good questions!  Thank you for asking because I really think it will help to get it down on "paper" so to speak. =)

Okay, I will keep it alive by writing steps I have to take every day.  These are:

1.  Plug into Source through prayer/meditation, beginning with Prayer of St. Francis.  Do this for 10 minutes in the morning and 10 at night.  Each week add 5 minutes each side until I am meditating and being still a full 60 minutes, twice  a day.

2.  Read my Vision Statement in my photos.

3.  Also, read my Mission Statement.

4.  Keep a daily log of when the white and black wolves have fought and who won.  For instance, while I was working out, I felt a twinge in my neck tonight.  I immediately thought a blood clot had broken loose and was heading for my brain.  (I was diagnosed with multiple clots in January 2007 but I'm pretty sure they're gone.)  So my response to that was, "Okay BS.  That was just a muscle swelling from work."(ing out)

5.  Feed the white wolf daily by:

  (a) Steps 1-3;

  (b) Staying in touch with Light-filled people  (here on the site and others; I've been looking for a church family, eventually, once I get past this hurdle again of going out my front door);

  (c)  Limiting interactions with negative people when I cannot escape them fully.  Eliminating those I can. (Edited for clarity)

  (d)  Eliminating all bad messages wherever I find them and basically detoxifying my mental environment entirely.

  (e)  Asking for help when battling the FIP monster (Fear is Predator).  Sometimes, even with all those changes, the "worst possible outcome" scenarios play through my mind like a horror movie.  It doesn't help that I have nightmares at least twice a week about dying, being dismembered (like last night) or hunted.

  (f)  Talking to someone who won't think I'm nuts about these "worst possible outcomes" so that they are out in the open, under the spotlight and identified for what they are: smoke and mirrors.

Great insights Micky, Matt is amazing and wise soul. All you can do iis conitnue forward and reprogram your thoughts. You will be doing great by applying the steps above. You could also write out an affirmation specficaly dealing with the fears and nightmares and disolve them in your affirmation. You are doing great work Micky, keep it up ~Thia~
