Am a 46 year old fire-fighter from the UK. Took up the BFL Challenge in June 2007 after the most personally challenging and low period of my life. Won the mens 2007 over 40's UK Challenge and got my life back too!!Am currently studying for a qualification to be a personal fitness advisor/trainer.
