To me, Transformation Means

Two things come to mind. Fist is that I know I should be helping other people a lot more than I am now. Second is that I seem to have lost my center. I am angry too much and...well...un-centered. I am hoping to achieve some balance (physical, mental, SPIRITUAL) in my life that will enable me to become a person I would more like to be.

My Goals

One tangible goal is to be healthier. Less tangible goals are to be more peaceful and balanced. Since I am not sure how to do that at this point my main goal is to do my best and accept whatever positve changes come about.

My Intentions

To complete all of the assingments with my best effort.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

My family. I need to lead by example.
