Thanks for the encouragement! I like your profile statement about "Our culture is bankrupt, and it is going to change, its time for men to step up!" It takes men and women who "know what they are about" to take responsibliity for themselves and our society.

Hey Mike, I see you look forward to playing ULL. I hope it not for the fact that it's an easy win. People down here go to the games for the tailgate food. Also, I love Tn it is one of 2 places My family is looking to move there in 3yrs4months when I retire.

Hi Mike, I stopped by to say thanks for your comments.....wow , you are really impressive with not only your physical accomplishments( 13 marathons,2 ironmans!) but sharing your time and skills too. I would definately love some coaching on running...I ran the Denver 1/2 marathon mostly on inspiration from everyone there...that was pretty powerful! Thanks again, I will be happy to learn from you~ Patricia

I Am

I want to live life to its fullest in every way; spiritual, physical, mental - all ways. God is most important and then my family. I really believe a strong body makes a strong mind. We are all capable of so much more...when my time is up on this earth, I want to be tired from pushing myself and from building a legacy in my family.

My Favorite Charity

To me, Transformation Means

Good Question!! I am working on a definition...but I feel likes it continous movement toward specific goals. Need to think a little more...Over the last 10 years I have accomplished a lot physically - completed 13 marathons, 2 Ironman races. Yet somewhere, somehow, I have lost my way a bit...couldn't remember "why" I do the things I do and "where" I am headed. Loss of focus...So with this said, Transformation is the process we go through to move toward being the person we were designed to be...

My Goals

Healthy Holiday Challenge:
Physical Goals: To lose 6lbs by 2-28-2010
Purpose Goals: A - Plan and complete a structure for Team Ask; I am volunteering with Special Kids as the head coach for all runners and triathletes - we are raising money to help kids with special needs. B - I will offer up my time, energy and running plans for any T-Com'er who needs help planning their running/dealing with improving in this area (this is to support Bill's ultimate goal of "Running to Grant a wish" program)
Workout Goal: 3 runs/ 3 bike rides / 2 wts sessions.
Nutrition Goal: Working on one...

My Intentions

I want to be focused again. Although I have acheived many things in life; deep inside I know I have not giving my best, I am so capable of so much more. So this journey is all about being the best "Mike Moore" that I can be and by reminding myself each day why I do the things I do...
