Rena, thanks for being there..for me. Learned yesterday at the doctor that lost 1 1/2 pounds. Now that we've got a new month, looking at it all a lot different. Praying the walking and all the hard work starts showing. Here to brighten and make your day a little better. Wishing you the best for the weekend. See ya around the neighborhood. (((LOVES AND HUGS))) Tim. Oh yeah and can you get me a ride in that big EAS Semi with the myoplex trailer....That is an awesome looking set up... HE he ha ha....Bye.

Hi, Rena! Thank you for the wonderful comment on my post. You know what? I have an e-mail from Julie Whitt that I have saved for the last couple of years during one of my many attempts at the BFL Challenge. She was truly inspirational, and I was so saddened when she passed. Seeing her name in writing gave me a jolt, and wonderful memories of her wonderful spirit. Thank you for stopping by my spot. Because of that, I came to your spot, and you've brought me a wonderful memory of a wonderful person. Thank you, my friend.

Hi Rena! Thank you so much for all that information. I have been going by the reading on my scale. I am going to go have it done by a trainer that I know and see what he comes up with. Not that it really matters much at this point, I just want to make sure that if I am working as hard as I am, that I am doing it right. Like I said, I see and feel progress, so for me that is all I really need. I don't see myself ever competing or anything like that, I am just wanting to be in the best physical (and mental) health that I have ever been before. Again, thank you so much for all the information, I appreciate you taking the time to give that to me!

Thanks for the comment on my "I Get To List"!! I love my Mother In Law so much...I don't call her that...I call her Mom!! I have been married for 23 years and if I would have picked her first and just married her son, I could NOT have done any better. She is an awesome person and a hero to me!! My parents live away, so I go there to get my mama lovin' everyday!!! and I call my own mother for my phone lovin'...I have the best of both worlds......hugs 2 u bliss, love, tim

Hey there Rena thanks for your amazing comments. I'm really focusing in on my change. It's a slow gradual thing though. I know I've got to be patient and centered. Any how just wanted to stop and say thank you. I've been really busy with trying to catch up around home. My family is riding me pretty hard on projects I'm sure you can relate. This life thing is never easy is it.....Have a good end to August and I'm praying for you. Thanks so much my friend. Gotta go but wanted to touch base with every one whom has been encouraging.

I Am

I am an author, speaker and ball of energy dedicated to the spiritual and physical revivals of anyone looking to Awaken, Align, and then Inspire others. I am a 2004 Body-for-Life Grand Champion who realizes that anyone who takes the challenge and completes it, is a champion! I am the founder of The Soul Salon and Soul Salon International to support the spiritual and physical revival of individuals, groups, corporations, schools and governments to foster the climate needed to return to true global harmony. The greatest hope of this revival is in the world’s children. Enlightening children about the power they hold to positively create change and enlightening the adults that nurture the children will have astonishing results for all the world.

My Favorite Charity

humanity

To me, Transformation Means

A willingness to first look, then acknowledge in Truth, followed by the decision to change and then choice by choice create something new... It can be a new body, new relationship, new boundaries... Anything is possible!

My Goals

Live a life of purpose, on purpose while contributing to the planet!

My Intentions

I intend to use my gifts to be of service in a meaningful and lasting way-- I intend to think positive, think big, take care of myself so I have my best to give others...

Who I'd Like to Inspire

I have been inspired by Bill Phillips who gave me tools to reroute my life. I have been inspired by elderly men and women who exhibit grace and humor into old age, I have been inspired by a toddler who tenaciously gets up time after time when learning to walk. I have been inspired by Julie Whitt who did BFL not for six pack abs but to qualify for a double lung transplant. I cannot say who I'd like to inspire because you can never really know who will see something in you that will frame a possibility of hope in them. Everyone is potentially on my list :+) ______________________________________ Websites: www.MySoulSalon.com www.SoulSalonInternational.com ___________________________________ Blog: http://thesoulsalon.blogspot.com ___________________________________ Skype: SoulStreaker ___________________________________ Radio Show: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/TheSoulSalon
