I Am

I am a 48 year old married mother of 2 children. I have been married 25 years (soon to be 26). I am very unhappy with the way I look - overweight, out of shape and out of control with my eating. I am looking to get fit, get trim and be happier with myself.

My Favorite Charity

Any cancer charity, especially breast cancer as I lost my mother 24 years ago to this terrible disease.

To me, Transformation Means

Losing the old out of shape body and bringing in the new trim and toned one. It also means getting my mind in shape too.

My Goals

At 5'10", I weigh over 14 1/2 stone, which is at least 2 stone overweight. My goal is to get rid of the two enormous rings of fat around my stomach and the one resting on top of it. But most of all I aim to complete this 18 week challenge and meet Bill Phillips.

My Intentions

I intend to lose the extra fat deposits and look good in my clothes.
