I am a follower of Jesus Christ first and foremost. I am a single Mom of three of the most amazing kids on this earth. I am a nearly recovered divorcee. I am still figuring out the rest....... I AM BLESSED!!

To me, Transformation Means

Becoming what God made me to be. I feel like I took a 20 year detour and need to get back to where I was at 21....when I thought I could do anything !!!

My Goals

My Goals for the Healthy Holiday Challenge (11/4/09-12/31/09)
Physical:
1. Complete 32 consecutive workouts before 1/1/10
2. Complete at least 3 cardio workouts each week (at least 30 minutes)
3. Complete at least two strength training workouts each week
4. Be able to run 3.10 miles without stopping by 1/1/10
Nutrition:
1. Keep a clean diet (high protien, low carb, low GI) 6 days a week.
2. No more than 10 free days prior to 1/1/10 (including holidays)
3. Drink 32-80 ounces of water each day.
4 Journal all meals and snacks at least 6 days a week.
Spiritual:
1. Document blessings online twice a week.
2.participate and complete weigh down bible study.
3. Attend church 6 times prior to 1/1/10.
Misc. Goals:
1. weigh 199 or below by 12/31/09 (15 pound weight loss )
2. document weight on flow chart at least twice a week.
3. make a strong attempt to not participate in judgemental talk or joking about anyone at new position starting 11/9.
4. try to sit with kids in tv room and engage them in conversation at least twice during the school week without relaxing upstairs

My Intentions

To be an example, a light, a beacon...to return to the life I was meant to live. To be the woman I was meant to be... to make my children proud.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

My children....the three loves of my life.
