I Am

Hi everyone, I am a jerk father of 2 beautiful girls who have benifited from my change in food choices since they have to eat the same thing as me :). Some of my goals are to eat better "right" in the evening, get more rest, and try to get rid of about 15 lbs of fat. Thanks is advance for your help and advice. Mark

My Favorite Charity

Any child benifiting chartiy or volunteering with homeless or soup kitchens

To me, Transformation Means

I am generally a happy person, up beat and positive. This is what I strive to be at least. As you all know, this can be a challenge at times… With that being said, I do not believe you can ever have enough mental and spiritual development. So transformation to me means not only an improvement in your mental and spiritual health, but also your physical health. While I will welcome any and all positive mental and spiritual health changes, I am really wanting to focus on a change in my appearance. I know there is a 6 pack under all that good cooking and I want to see it!! Right now…I think I have a 2 pack, which isn’t so bad considering I used to have a keg in its place! :) In a nutshell, I think Transformation in this context is a change toward bettering your self and it can involve a number of facets. IMO

My Goals

An on going list I think. But for a start.. 1. Decrease my eating in the evening and better choices. 2. Decrease my waist size. Measurements forthcoming

My Intentions

Improvement of body, mind, and spirit.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

Everyone...
