My day today

7:00 HIIT cardio- running- haven't run in about 2 weeks so this was a tough one but a good workout

8:15- EFL denver omelet (1 whole egg 5whites)

10:30 Right shake with extra scoop protein

 1:30- tuna salad on lettuce, grapefruit

4:30- cup cottage cheese, apple

7:00- EFL spaghetti with 6 meatballs

9:00- looking forward to more of Myo's key lime pie!!
