My nutrition and workout day
I keep records of my workouts, but have not been very prompt about doing so recently, so i figured i'd better get on the ball with that. It makes no sense to show up at the gym and lift weights when you don't know if you've improved from last time or not. And since I enjoy reading Myoplexlite's blog with her workout and nutrition, I figured i'd do the same.
8:00AM EFL pancakes- about 6 of them, with blueberries and strawberries and sugar-free syrup
10:20- Myoplex deluxe strawberry
1:15- tuna sandwich on wheat, whole grapefruit with splenda, salad with olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing
2:45- Serving of Phosphagen Elite fruit punch
3:00-4:00- upper body workout- a little sluggish today, but got to 65 on my 4th set of flat bench dbbells, which is a high for me.
4:15- chocolate Right Shake mixed with one scoop of EAS chocolate protein powder and a tablespoon of natural peanut butter (delicious, BTW!!)
7:00- EFL Sesame Beef Stir fry- this is one of my wife's favorites.
9:30- (about an hour and a half from now)- Clarissa's key lime pie cheesecake. I've been thinking about his all day- so CLarissa if you're reading this I seriously hope this meets my expecations!!!




Okay, one minor detail missing- glass of red wine, a Grenache-Syrah blend in fact, with dinner. If my wife was reading this she would be cracking up because i'm making it sound as if I'm some sort of wine snob (completely not the case)....in truth, I think this bottle was on sale for about $5 at Publix :)
