Hey Rea, the weekend was good. Saturday was my free day but I didnt take advantage of it till Saturday night when Brady and I went to the movies. Then Sunday morning I jumped right back into action and didnt eat the french toast and bacon that Dave had made for everyone. I had 2 egg whites and a packet of plain oatmeal. I havent been working out as much as I have been, but I did work out 4 days last week, but none at all this week. I can handle the food, but my biggest challenge is the working out. This is just going to have to be something that I realy have to set my mind to and follow through. I wont have the life transformation that Im looking for if I dont do the workouts. It is just the 2 week struggle. Thursday is my official weigh in day, we'll see how I did. Hope you all had a good time in Murphy last weekend. I thought about ya! Love you!!

Im here...I just did my first upper body workout and my arms are absolutely killing me!! But its a good burn! I couldnt and wouldnt be doing this with you! I am a proud mom of two, Nicholas and Elliana.

To be conscious and active in every aspect of life - emotionally, spiritually, mentally and physically! To connect with myself and others and apply what I learn.

I truly believe everyone is influenced by their personal life experiences as well as the people they surround themselves with. I want to play a more positive and active role in that theory. I intend to be at peace knowing what people get from me is gold, solid, pure, honest and something that will make them smile on the inside! If I can give someone something to hold on to, hang on to and carry with them always, I want it to be positve and memorable!

I am grateful for those who have made such positive impacts on my life who have changed my own compisition and outlook...and ultimately the results we all will soon see!

Who I'd Like to Inspire

America! ;) My close friends and family who will witness my transformation firsthand and hopefully feel and see the changes inside and out! Those who are similarly situated. Coworkers. Colleagues. The Transformation community. Anyone who has opened their hearts, minds and are ready to be inspired!
