I am a new wife to the most amazing man in the world. I own a hair salon. It is a blessing to get to go to work everyday and do somethng that you are passionate about. Most of all I care about My relationship with my Heavenly Father. He created my body and he is just depending on me to take care of it for a while! I am also learning alot about what it's like to share your life with someone and them always coming first! I want to be the best wife to him. He deserves it!

Having you mind right. Set on the right goal for the right reason. To me a transformation is a change, whether small or big, that permenant. Something you never go back to, or ever change back. It's being better for the rest of you life!
My Goals
I have worked out regularly and been semi healthy in my eating habits for the last 3 years. I was always hopping around though try this and that . I never got to where I wanted to be or saw the dramatic results i have wanted to.
I want abs before I have the babies, so I can prove to myself its possible. I want to be incredible and disiplined as an exsample to them. I want my lifestyle to be that. I want them born into a healthy habit home!
