I Am

My name is Nabiyah. I am also known as Ny. I am a sentient being that embraces an eclectic approach to spirituality, honoring principles that encourage each of us to measure our steps (make conscious choices) within the physical experience by the vibrational resonance of our souls. My understanding honors the philosophy that there are many paths to "one" ultimate truth; we are as spokes on the cosmic wheel of life, beginning at different points of origin, yet our goals and destination are the same, towards center; like broken pieces of a mirror or hologram, we retain the abilities of the whole to comprehensively reflect or project, as if, never divided.

I AM a student of life and the spirit. I see the Divine Source (our Heavenly Father/Mother) in everything and everyone. Through the sacredness of our ethereal oneness, we are inseparable, yet unique, divine expressions of the Great Essence, always moving towards our greatest truths!




I AM a Lotus Flower that emerged from the murky, muddy waters of life’s disciplines, continuously blossoming into beautiful expressions of life, forever expanding and revealing the amazing jewel at my center, pure spirit.

Knowing Thyself: My highest intention is remember the Divine Connection between me, the Most High presence and everything in between.

Transforming Lives: Helping others to reach their fullest potential, by starting with self. As I become a more conscious participator, remaining in the Now of whom I am in mind, body and spirit, I encourage others to embrace the better part of their selves, effectuating harmony.

Like the phenomenal message that was shared in the movie "Avatar," we are not our bodies or the roles that we play. We are something far greater and "I SEE YOU!"

My Goals

To utilize this community forum to build relationships that are enriching and inspire others to do the same.

Overall Physical Goal: 1): To become very fit 2): Eliminate the cellulite
3): Increase cardiovascular endurance 4): Increase strength by 60% 5): Increase speed by 50 % 6): Attain extreme flexibility (be able to complete advanced Yoga poses & a full split).7): Obtain knowledge specific to my body type to maximize my efforts. 8): To gain a better understanding of blood sugar levels and how they affect my body. 9): To achieve 17% body fat. 10): To stay inspired and to continue to evolve (inside and out), eventually reaching my greatest potential.

Jan - May 2010 ~ Current Goals: 1): To achieve 22% body fat 2): Significantly reduce the cellulite 3): Increase cardiovascular endurance 4): Increase strength by 15% 5): Increase speed by 15% 6): Attain extreme flexibility (be able to complete advanced Yoga poses & Do a split).8): Obtain knowledge specific to my body type to maximize my efforts. 9): To gain a better understanding of blood sugar levels and how they affect my body. 10): Noticeably gain some definition in my arms and legs 11): Raise my glutes
