I Am
I'm 35 yrs old. Born and raised in Costa Rica. Moved to the US because I fell in love!! My husband and I have been married for 8 yrs and have 2 boys ages 3 1/2 and 20 months. I'm a lawyer in Costa Rica but do not have my license in the US so I work as a paralegal. Lots of changes in the last decade for me, I'm still adjusting but I need to regain a sense of myself to be a better wife, mother, and professional.
My Favorite Charity
Seedling Foundation, Austin, Texas. This organization works mentoring children of incarcerated parents who unfortunately are more likely to enter the system themselves. I really enjoy being a mentor!
To me, Transformation Means
Health, Happiness, Energy, Fun!
My Goals
30 lbs. less!! at least. More energy, enjoy my body, confidence. Run a 5K and/or a 10K. Be better and happier!
My Intentions
To work out consistently and eat to feed my body not to satisfy cravings.
Who I'd Like to Inspire
My boys!! I love my boys and I'm terrified of not being able to do things with them for being embarrassed of being overweight. I know what to do, just need to do it!
