Getting ready.....
I took the before pics - still having a hard time posting them
.Anticipation has set in. I'm reading Body for Life. I'm cleaning the cupboards and refrigerator - thank God garbage day is tomorrow! I'm making a plan. I bought a t-shirt. I have my motivational team (and partners in crime!) in place.
I'm scared.

Fear not my friend! You are taking all the preparation serious and that in and of itself is EXCITING!! I completely understand about the posting of THE pic. I feel it is fair enough that we have faced the reality by having them taken, looking at them and really seeing the damage we have done to ourselves. Maybe once I have seen a bit of i mprovement, it will give me the confidence push I need to put it out there for the world to see, but I have not had success pushing it out yet. I AM PROUD OF YOU!! Rock on!!!
I'm scared too, but doing it anyway! Yay you!
