I believe I am the nutty professor. I was always looking for the easy way out of working out, but through working out I discovered I need to do this. I've never felt fit. My parents say that I was thin at one point, but I don't remember it. And I want to wear spandex!!! lol

Hey Zach! Just wanted to share...I was able to get out and walk today without too much trouble breathing and it was more to see what my lungs could handle than a cardio workout. Cardio will be more of a challenge to get back to as the coughing can be intense. I'll be back to lifting tomorrow. Well it's time for me to do the garlic and water bit before I crash here shortly. I love you!!!
