I Am

I am first a Christian, second a wife, third a friend and finally a slender person working her way out of a fat body! I love God, and am losing weight to honor the body He gave me, as well as restore my health. My new passion is to eat right, eat healthy, lose all supurflous fat and achieve a level of fitness I haven't had since I was a teen.

My Favorite Charity

To me, Transformation Means

Transformation to me means doing whatever I have to do to achieve the body God meant for me to have, and then keeping it! I'm not only transforming my body, but my mind and spirit!

My Goals

Short term--To lose 5-10 pounds a month. Long term--To lose all my excess weight and keep it off. To eat right and exercise daily to meet my goals.

My Intentions

To be the best I can be, everyday of my life and to create possibilities for me and my friends through the reaching out to attain my dreams through the potential that is shining through my hope.
