I Am

My name is Bob and I'm a drug addict. I recently became addicted to narcotics and opiates. I became depressed and extremely stressed out on many levels. I dealt with things the wrong way. I overdosed once a few months ago.....then I thought of my little girl Isla. She is three years old. I grew up without a father, he passed away when I was five. I don't want her to experience the same thing. I want to be there for her for a long time......so I checked into detox a few weeks ago for six days of hell and came out clean on the other side. I will be going into rehabilitation in a month. I started the transformation challenge on August 13 2012.

To me, Transformation Means

to make a change for the better. Maintain that change lifelong and continue to improve in all areas of your life.

My Goals

To take care of myself, beat this addiction to drugs, Get the energy and health back that I used to have. If I can't take care of myself I can't take care of anybody else. For the first time in my life I'm going to figure out who I am.

My Intentions

To make my mind and body a healthy vessel so that I have the energy and ability to change my life. I hope this program has the tools I need to accomplish this.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

Anyone out there who has hit the lowest of lows.....feels as if there is no hope left.....I've been there......part of me is still there......I hope to change my life with this program and if I can succeed......maybe I can give hope to someone else to do the same.
