To me, Transformation Means

to make a change for the better. Maintain that change lifelong and continue to improve in all areas of your life.

My Goals

Physical: To be 200 lbs of lean muscle at 6% body fat. To have functional strength and flexibility. To improve my athletic performance in sport. To complete a marathon, triathalon and continue to find events that push me to the limit and force me to set new goals!Mental: To continue to learn about fitness as new methods of training are established! To evaluate these methods and try to develop new regimens of my own!Spiritual: To use the gym as my sanctuary. To go there when I need to think, when I'm stressed out or when I need to release energy!

My Intentions

To change my families life, to stop living in fear of losing everything and not being able to support my family. To finally start doing something I'm passionate about and comfortable with and find my proper place in this life. To help as many people achieve their fitness goals as I can! I intend to do this with personal training and showing people what they can achieve by creating a fitness example of myself!
