Moment of clarity during my run today

I did a 10 mile run this morning where I focused on emptying my mind, being in the moment, and connecting with my spirit. It was a very peaceful run, surrounded by nature with a beautiful rising sun.

I Am
Paul Hughes from Australia. In 2009 through my transformation process I found my God-given purpose: to help people completely transform their lives physically, mentally, and spiritually. If I can help you in any way, please don't hesitate to contact me.
I am 34 years old, married to a wonderful woman named Cathy, and have 2 angelic daughters Emma and Sarah. I work as a senior manager for a software company.
I feel extremely grateful to be part of this amazing Transformation community, and I believe that together we can change the world. If each of us constantly BE THE CHANGE we want to see in the world, this will spread to unimaginable proportions!
I'm excited for what the coming years will bring! What a wonderful time to be alive!

To me, Transformation Means
Making a profound change in all aspects of your life (physical, mental, and spiritual). Not just a minor change, but an irreversible leap to another level such that the new you is a different form to the old you. In other words, switching from the lower self to the Higher Self, switching from the ego being in charge to following God's direction. Extending this to the global scale, to me a Transformation of the world means the majority of people on earth having made a transformation to their Higher Self.
My Goals
I will raise $4,000 to grant kid's wishes in the Denver marathon in Oct 2010, by completing 26.2 miles in under 4 hours.
I will lead a group for the 2010 Transformation Challenge, with at least 20 people having life-changing transformations and submitting a challenge packet.
I will provide enough support at home so that my wife Cathy can give the 2010 challenge her all and get a significant result.
By 31 Mar 2010 I will have applied a number of the things I've learned during my Transformation in order to initiate a Transformation of my 25-person team at work to a higher level of productivity, quality, and joyfulness in the workplace.
I will earn my 4th Dan in karate by 31 Aug 2010.
By 31 Dec 2010 I will have had at least 10 face-to-face transformation workshops with friends who are interested in improving their health, and have done at least one presentation on the benefits of improved health to the senior executive and staff of a company.
My Intentions
I intend to fulfill my God-given purpose of helping people completely transform their lives.
I intend to continually transform myself so that I may better help others.
I intend to maintain my current level of physical health forever.
I intend to continually learn new techniques for improving my mindset and for operating from my Higher Self more and more.
I intend to surrender every day, to invite God in, and to let Him do His miraculous work through me.
I intend to play a role in helping transform the whole world in the coming years.
Who I'd Like to Inspire
The average person who feels they have a good life and are complacently plateauing. You don't have to wait until you hit rock bottom to decide to transform your life. There is always another level you can transform your life to, nomatter where you are today.
