Today was my fathers birthday.

My father was only 44 years old when he passed away, and his birthday was september 21:st. He died just right before he turned 45, and we held his funeral on his 45:th birthday. Hi Petronella, Thanks for dropping by...and the Halloween greeting.. Actually last night i was shooting photos of my favorite band at a concert at Aloha Tower...and there was a great Halloween costume contest... Folks were celebrating all thru Waikiki filling up the streets... Well, one good reason for celebrating is for finishing good rounds... Well, ya know ....you did more than finish good rounds... Being a champ in BFL...is Big Time..... Well, switched gyms to the Powerhouse now and am seeing old friends from 30 years ago which is great...and i did a switcheroo with goals also... My life is actually revolving around my workouts and i got a lot more serious... Well, it's funny i have my 35th high school reunion coming up next year...and i am fine with that.... Ya know older guys were called dinasours in the gym in earlier days... Now it is cool to see a lot in there 50's to 80's doing well.. I simply love this Powerhouse gym and i drive quite a ways to go to it.. however it is sooo cool to see old friends.. Well, progress is going good... and i feel great.....and i am going for it Training is exciting again... good pumps every day...elevated moods everyday....great conversation....amazing people.....oh yeah like here but right in front of you...lol Take care, All the best, Tom

Hi Petronella! Thank you for the comments on my decorating pics! I love doing that. I never really know what I am going to do until I get into it. The colors aren't showing in the pics like they really look, but it is a beige sunset wall, dark pink, light pink and chocolate. It is very fun. He bedding is the same color but in stripes. She loves it, so that is what matters. I hope your hubby goes for your idea! Sounds great. My other daughters room is going to be Hawaiian Style. That should be interesting, she wants Hibiscus flowers and Palm Trees. Have a great week!!

BFL Nordic Women's Champion 2005. I'm about to start my 2:nd Transformation right now, and I'm so glad to be here on this bord getting support from all of you . I guess I'm the only Swedish on this board, so if you have plans to go to Sweden, let me know so I can give you some tips on what to see and do over here :) I try to write in English the best I can, but I know some things may get lost in translation, so if I write something that sounds really weird, please let me know so I can rephrase it :)

My Favorite Charity

To me, Transformation Means

To keep on going on my journey of life, always try to do the best I can do at the moment. Always try to set the goal a little bit further on. Sometimes you get stuck in life, just doing the same thing over and over again and not thinking of what you are doing, and you keep doing it for years not even reflecting of that you are stuck. To me Transformation means that I just stop for a moment and try to be present, try to find out where I am and if I want to be there, and if I dont want to be there, try to find out where I want to go and how to get there. That is something I should do everyday or at least once in a while, but for me years have passed by whithout I even reflected on that. So that is something I will work with.

My Goals

Physcially, to be stronger and have better endurance, push myself into my highpoint and set new goals. I also have my favorite pair of jeans that I'm going to fit into again, thats my best way of measuring my goals of size, if I just go by the scale I can get obsessed :) Mentally, I want t be more focused, more in the present, not letting all my clutter clouding my thoughts and actions.

My Intentions

To transform into the person I want to be, and that I am ment to be.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

Anyone I can inspire, just as I want to get inpired by all of you. If I had to choose one person to inspire, it would be my son. I would like to inspire him to be healthy, strong, caring, live his life fully and that he listens to his heart.
