How'd it go today? I had a good day, I accidently missed one meal, and I was hungrier later, but I got back on track, ate well and even added and hour of walking. Did you accomplish your goals today? My favorite recipe: Golden Pancakes from the Eating for Life recipe book. Best wishes, Sherry

I Am

I'm a girl who wants to be superhero amazing in every definition of the word. I want to live everyday in a great place and love every second of it. I'm trying to be a better person than I was yesterday. I live with passion and there is not enough space to describe the things I care about. XOXO

To me, Transformation Means

I change a little everyday. My mind gets to a great place where I feel good about where I'm going and then my body takes me there. It's about living in a way that is true to me.

My Goals

1- to have a body fat percentage under 20. 2- to feel comfortable running in the park by my apt.
3- to have a mind that is quick, a body that is strong with endless energy and the confidence that comes from living without fear.

My Intentions

I will eat every 2-3 hours to nourish my body.
I will start running and training for a 5k this fall.
I will spend time doing the things that bring joy to my life.
I will appreciate everything I have.
I will ride my bike to work twice a week for 3 weeks, three times a week for 3 weeks, and four times a week for 3 weeks, and then 5 times a week, as often as I can given the weather aka snow.
I will lose 2-2.5 pounds per week, period.
I will learn enough that I can mentor others.
I will find someone to guide me through.
I will learn to love the things I haven't.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

Tim.
My family and friends.
My team mates.
My co-workers.
People who do not have the courage to talk to me.
