I am happily married, no kids but I pray that one day God will bless us with a couple, I am a God fearing Christian man who loves the Lord with all my might and all my strength, Jesus is the air I breathe and He is the sustainer of my life. I enjoy cooking from the Eating Right for Life Book. I also love the outdoors anything to do with nature. I love playing chess as well........................................................................................... Each Day...... It's quiet. It's early. My coffee is hot. The sky is still black. The world is still asleep. The day is coming. In a few moments the day will arrive. It will roar down the track with the rising of the sun. The stillness of the dawn will be exchanged for the noise of the day. The calm of solitude will be replaced by the pounding pace of the human race. The refuge of the early morning will be invaded by decisions to be made and deadlines to be met. For the next twelve hours I will be exposed to the day's demands. It is now that I must make a choice. Because of Calvary, I'm free to choose. And so I choose...............

My whole family, especially my dad he thinks that I will never ever lose weight that I would always have a spare tire and that I should just give up. No way I so want to prove him wrong, I know it takes time shoot I didn't put on this weight in a couple of days so it will take time and dedication as well as devotion but I know I can do all thing through Christ who strengthens me! Plus my twin brother I think if he is seeing my progress he will want to do it himself. Just as Mr. Phillips help me I want to help as many people as I can.

Jerome, thanks for your understanding and amazing attitude. I'm just putting it to the Lord and working through it a day at a time. Been just staying positive and trying to show the kids that even through tough times you can be patient and happy. Just because they want to be negative don't me I haft to. Have a good week and sorry to spread bad news at this time of year. Wish you all at the forum nothing but the best. All of you have been so positive and supportive. Hi, Thanks so much for the comment. God keeps tugging at my heart strings to do this, sat me on an airplane for five hours with a body for lifer, and had my path cross Shane's through my daughter knowing his son. Austin handed me a book to go home and look at and next thing I know....with the encouragement of Austin saying you have to call my dad, and Shane,(someone who is so encouraging and full of life,...and here no less, only a few miles down the road from me and my family),.....here I am a member of the transformation site. I cannot tell you what all of your comments meant to me.....as I was seriously wondering there for a bit....why I signed up. God definitley has a plan here for me and keeps transformations set right in front of me.....I'm excited to see where he takes me from here. I know it will be great! Thanks again! Donna
