I Am
When I first started my Transformation journey I was so unhealthy, as well as mentally messed up just to put it lightly. I thought I couldn't do this at first that this wasn't for me. But as I dug deep into the assignments I knew in my heart that change was right around the corner as long as I kept an open heart and mind I could do this. It was a rough battle but I did it.~~
Since I've made these changes in my life I've lost 40 +lbs since Jan.08. I am so happy with my life right now that I have tears of joy. I look back and I am so blessed on how far I've come. I used to wear a size 40 in pants now I am at a 33 and even those are getting a bit loose. I think what really did it for me was my second Transformation challenge, I realized not only in my mind but in my heart as well that this is going to be a lifestyle for me not just a diet or fad. I have to admit it was hard getting the nutrition and supplementation plan down and making time to exercise, but now I feel I have learned a lot through my friends @ transformation.~~
The assignments is what kept me going as I kept digging deeper and deeper I got more hungier for change despite my back problems. The three questions Bill asked in his blog is what made me finally say Change will happen now......
I changed my way of thinking I took my first step in the right direction and now I am able to exercise. Despite all the back surgeries (7) I've had. I used to hang onto the belief that I can't push myself any further because I fear that I may hurt myself. So now I am replacing that fear with Faith, I can do all things through Jesus who strengthens me. I will not allow fear to run my life. I have to admit it will be a hard journey but I will not give up, I will not quit fighting.
Someone once told me that if I set a goal for myself and able to achieve it, I have won the race. My goal can be to come in first, to improve my performance, or just finish the race -- it's totally up to you......... Now it's time for me to pay it forward to help others in their transformation. Thank you Bill for giving me the opportunity to be a part of something so big as Transformation. God bless your heart my friend........

In a few moments the day will arrive. It will roar down the track with the rising of the sun. The stillness of the dawn will be exchanged for the noise of the day. The refuge of the early morning will be invaded by decisions to be made and deadlines to be met.For the next twelve hours I will be exposed to the day's demands. It is now that I must make a choice. I've already hit my goal weight of 185 now I am trying to get to 175. I still am looking to strengthening my lower back. I truly want to return to the workforce someday........... And now thanks to Bill Phillips that dream has finally come to pass. Thank you Bill for giving me the opportunity to work for you, I will not let you down. Praise God for his loving mercy endures forever.

Who I'd Like to Inspire
I would like to inspire my whole family and anyone whom I come in contact with. I see myself and I know what it took to get where I am at right now and I would like to encourage people and let them know no matter what the circumstances or injury we are capable of much more than we give credit to ourselves.
